Our student training programs will focus on enhancing essential communication skills, empowering students to express themselves confidently in various settings. Through engaging workshops and practical exercises, we aim to equip students with the tools necessary for effective communication, fostering self-assuredness that extends beyond the classroom.

For educators, our teacher training sessions will emphasize handholding support. This approach ensures that teachers receive continuous guidance as they implement innovative strategies in their classrooms. Our sessions will cover a wide range of topics, including classroom management, inclusive teaching practices, and curriculum design. Educational Background

My academic journey has been a cornerstone of my professional development. I hold a Ph.D. from Jain University, Bangalore. where my research delves into the intricacies of teaching second languages to children with special educational needs (SEN). This specialized focus has equipped me with valuable insights into the diverse challenges faced by learners today.

In addition to my doctoral studies, I have earned an M.A. from IGNOU, a B.Ed. from Tumkur University, and a B.A. from Bangalore University. These qualifications have provided me with a robust foundation in educational theory and practice, enabling me to design curricula that are not only academically rigorous but also inclusive and adaptable to various learning styles.

Professional Experience

My professional experience spans over two decades in various educational roles, culminating in my current position as Head Mistress at Venkat International School in Bengaluru. In this role, I have successfully overseen curriculum implementation and managed staff while maintaining high educational standards. My previous experiences include serving as Head Mistress at Gnana Ganga Vidya Kendra and as Vice Principal at Prudence International School, where I honed my leadership skills and developed a keen understanding of effective educational practices.

Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to fostering an environment that prioritizes student welfare and academic excellence. My role as a resource person at the Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Bangalore has further enriched my experience, allowing me to engage in teacher training programs aimed at empowering educators across various disciplines.

Additionally, I have contributed to the field of education through numerous publications in international journals. My research focuses on critical topics such as language acquisition strategies for SEN learners and inclusive education practices. These contributions reflect my commitment to advancing educational research and sharing best practices with fellow educators.

By combining my extensive experience with a strong academic background, I am well-prepared to lead an education company that prioritizes both student success and teacher empowerment. Together, we can create a supportive learning environment that fosters growth, confidence, and excellence in education.

She specializes in developing, maintaining, and optimizing learning management systems, proprietary tools, and platforms to deliver seamless, engaging, and effective learning experiences.

With over 15 years of experience in Business Process Management, I have developed a deep understanding of diverse cultures and communication styles while working with global teams. In addition to that I possess 5 years of expertise as a voice and accent trainer where I have successfully enhanced communication skills for professionals in various sectors.I leverage my background in education and training to design engaging workshops that not only build technical skills but also foster personal growth and resilience.
